Tangy Pork Chops

4 thick pork chops
salt and pepper to taste
1 medium onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, sliced
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 beef bouillon cube
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water

Place pork chops in slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired. Add onion and green pepper.

In a small bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, lemon juice, and bouillon cube. Pour over meat and vegetables. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.

In a small bowl, blend cornstarch into water until smooth. Pour slowly into liquid in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes or until thickened.
